1. Estimates & Pricing: Our estimates are based on initial visible conditions. If we encounter unexpected changes in the scope of the project (such as severe hard water staining, heavy buildup, or unforeseen access limitations), we will pause work and consult with you. We will never apply additional charges without your explicit approval.
2. Property Condition: While we take great care in our work, we cannot assume liability for pre-existing damage or wear. This includes compromised window seals, brittle insect screens, corroded frames, or previously weakened glass, which may occasionally fail during standard cleaning procedures.
3. Liability: We stand behind our workmanship. Our liability covers direct damage caused by our services, up to the limits of our general liability insurance policy. We cannot accept responsibility for indirect losses, such as operational disruptions or lost revenue.
4. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior commercial net terms have been agreed upon in writing. If you have any concerns regarding the completed work, please notify us within 48 hours so we have the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.
5. Acceptance: Scheduling service or authorizing work to begin constitutes agreement to these terms.
