LLC is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change
if the scope of work differs, access changes, or additional services are requested.
2. Scope of Work: We perform only the services agreed upon at the time of
scheduling or confirmed on-site. Additional services may require approval and may result in
additional charges.
3. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Issues: We are not responsible for
damage resulting from pre-existing issues such as failed window seals, deteriorated glazing,
brittle screens, corroded frames, previously cracked glass, or compromised hardware.
4. Liability Limitations: Liability is limited to direct damage caused by
our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect damages, hidden
structural failures, or loss of business revenue.
5. Commercial Client Terms: Commercial clients are responsible for ensuring
safe and legal access to work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, lift availability,
permits, or tenant interference may result in rescheduling or added charges.
6. Access, Safety & Weather: Clients must provide reasonable access to
work areas. We may postpone service if conditions are unsafe or weather creates a risk to
people or property.
7. Payment & Satisfaction: Payment is due upon completion unless
otherwise agreed. Commercial net terms require prior approval. Any workmanship concerns must
be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Acceptance: By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing
work to proceed, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
