1. Estimates & Pricing: All pricing provided is an estimate. Final pricing may change if the scope differs, access changes, or additional services are requested. For commercial services, pricing may adjust based on site conditions or safety requirements.
2. Scope of Work: We perform only the services agreed upon at scheduling. Additional services require approval and may incur extra charges.
3. Property Condition & Liability: We work around aging materials. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including failed seals, deteriorated glazing, brittle screens, or previously cracked glass. Liability is limited to direct damage caused by our workmanship. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business revenue, or hidden structural failures.
4. Commercial Client Terms: Clients must ensure safe access. Delays caused by restricted access, tenant interference, or lack of permits may result in fees. We are not responsible for operational disruptions during scheduled work.
5. Payment & Satisfaction: Payment is due upon completion. Commercial net terms require prior approval. Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
6. Acceptance: By proceeding with service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
