All pricing provided by Clear Choice Services LLC is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope differs, access conditions change, or additional services are requested. For commercial services, pricing may adjust based on site conditions or safety requirements.
We perform only the services agreed upon at scheduling or confirmed on-site. Additional services require client approval and may result in additional charges.
We work around aging materials. By authorizing service, you acknowledge that some components may already be weakened. We are not responsible for damage resulting from underlying defects, including failed seals, deteriorated glazing, brittle screens, oxidized frames, or previously cracked glass.
Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect damages, loss of business revenue, or hidden structural failures.
Clients must ensure safe access. Delays caused by restricted access or lack of permits may result in fees. We are not responsible for operational disruptions during scheduled work.
Payment is due upon completion. Commercial net terms require prior approval. Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
