Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Clear Choice Services LLC. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing provided by Clear Choice Services LLC—whether online, by phone, text, email, or in person—is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally described, access conditions change, or additional services are requested or required.

Note: For residential services, final pricing is typically confirmed on-site. For commercial services, pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions or safety requirements.

2. Scope of Work

Clear Choice Services LLC will perform only the services agreed upon at the time of scheduling or confirmed on-site. Any additional services requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges and require client approval before proceeding.

3. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Issues

Window cleaning and exterior services involve working around existing fixtures and aging materials. By authorizing service, you acknowledge that some components may already be weakened or compromised.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Loose or failed window seals
  • Failed or deteriorated window glazing
  • Brittle, sun-damaged, or aging screens
  • Oxidized, corroded, or deteriorated window frames
  • Previously cracked glass or compromised hardware

4. Liability Limitations

While reasonable care is taken to protect your property, Clear Choice Services LLC’s liability is limited to direct damage caused by our workmanship.

Limitations: In no event shall we be liable for pre-existing damage, indirect/incidental damages, loss of business revenue, or hidden structural failures.

5. Commercial Client Terms

Commercial clients are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, lift availability, or tenant interference may result in rescheduling fees. We are not responsible for operational disruptions or tenant complaints during scheduled work.

6. Access, Safety & Weather

Access: Clients agree to provide reasonable access (unlocking gates, moving vehicles/obstacles). If unsafe conditions are found, we reserve the right to postpone service.

Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.

7. Payment & Satisfaction

  • Payment: Due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Commercial net terms require prior approval.
  • Claims: Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
